Joan & Joni Tribute Show

When Kipyn Martin performed for Fiddle & Bow on July 1st she did several covers of Joni Mitchell songs which absolutely blew us away. When she and Allison Shapira met at the Northeast Regional Folk Alliance conference in 2013 Allison was what she refers to as a “recovering opera singer” become songwriter. The two ladies soon realized how much their own songwriting had been influenced by their two musical heroes and the 60’s Folk Revival and the tribute show was born.
This should be a really special show featuring two fine singer/songwriters paying tribute to two legends of the Folk Revival.
